Hello and welcome! My name is Katelyn. I have spent nearly two decades focusing my career on providing exceptional customer and client service. Prior to becoming a full-time real estate agent, I worked in nearly every real estate adjacent industry you can think of… from title to mortgage banking to financial services. This experience has taught me what it takes to have a successful real estate transaction. In 2021, I left my role as VP of Member Experience with WealthCounsel to join the wonderful world of real estate. Since then, I have become a multi-million dollar producer and represented numerous buyers and sellers across the greater Pittsburgh and Allegheny County areas.

I enjoy both sides of the transaction, but helping first-time buyers is particularly special to me. I became a first-time home buyer, and Neighborhood Realty Services client, in 2017. So, I know firsthand that clients are the #1 priority at Neighborhood Realty Services. As a licensed Pennsylvania real estate agent, my job is to guide home owners and buyers through the entire transaction process with ease.
