Hello and Welcome to my page!

My name is Lynda Kregar. I have been a real estate sales associate with Neighborhood Realty Services since 2006.  I have truly enjoyed helping people find their new home or sell their current one.

I have live in Regent Square most of my life and I will be able to help you find exactly what you are looking for.  I am however not limited to that area.  Some other areas that I have either helped a buyer or seller are: Elizabeth Twp, Blackridge (Penn Hills), Penn Hills, East Pittsburgh, Shadyside, Pleasant Hills, Greenfield, Brighton Heights, Wilkinsburg and Allentown.

In my experience I have learned that a client is most happy when you are there for them during the WHOLE transaction not just the fun parts, and that you listen and truly HEAR what they are saying.>
