Patrick Lenz
Hi, thank you for checking out my page. My name is Patrick Lenz and I am a licensed Pennsylvania real estate agent with Neighborhood Realty Services.
I have been a part-time resident of Regent Square for the past 12 years and almost 3 years ago I made it my full-time home. I made this decision in part due to the vitality and livability of the metro area. Pittsburgh excels in healthcare, education, culture, tech, sports and so much more. The quality of life, the spectacular parks, recreational areas and the vibe of the neighborhoods makes all feel comfortable and most importantly, welcome.
Growing up in Central Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh was the big city. After graduation from Penn State, I began a successful 21-year career with the Boy Scouts of America, focusing on programs, membership growth and retention, fundraising and volunteer development.
Next, I had the humbling opportunity to work for Ronald McDonald House New York, a home away from home for children and their families going through the struggle of their lives as they battle pediatric cancer. I certainly learned from this experience; just how important a home is.
Buying or selling a home is a significant event. There are lots of decisions, steps to be taken, joyous moments and yes sometimes stress. Whether this is your first time, or this is the tenth time that you have been to this rodeo, my job is to guide and assist you in making this the best experience for you.
Please feel free to call me, and let’s chat to find out how I can help you best. My cell phone is the best way to reach me at 302-858-8611. I look forward to your call.
Thank you!!!
